Tighter safety on staked journal pacts

If you've put real money on a journal pact, its completion is now judged against your true local day on our side — so a staked day can only ever be satisfied on the day it actually is, never shifted after the fact. Free journal pacts are unchanged: backfill any day you genuinely did.

We also added a clean way to revoke a connected device whenever you want, and wiping your data now clears any connected devices too. Quiet groundwork, but the kind that protects the money you've staked.
