Terms of Service

The short version: miracle.fyi includes a 14-day card-up-front trial, then costs the equivalent of $8.25 per month, billed as one $99 annual payment, until you cancel. Founding members keep that $99 annual rate on their account. You can manage or cancel through Stripe, download your data even after access locks, and use the complete product during the trial. Money-backed pacts are separate: they require a separate saved payment method and explicit acceptance of the exact stake terms, begin only after a seven-day cooling-off period, warn you before the deadline, and give you a 24-hour review window after a recorded miss before any charge attempt.

1. Who we are

miracle.fyi is operated by Highway 86 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Highway 86," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Highway 86 LLC covering the miracle.fyi website, app, API, MCP server, and messaging integrations (together, the "Service").

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines incorporated into these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

3. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Pacts can involve real-money stakes, so the Service is not directed to minors and may not be used by them.

4. Your account

Sign-in is handled through our authentication provider. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. Tell us promptly at claycollins@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Membership and annual billing

Starting a trial authorizes Stripe to save your payment method and begin a $99 annual subscription after 14 days. That annual charge is equivalent to $8.25 per month but is billed in one payment, not monthly installments. If you cancel through the account recovery page before the trial ends, the subscription ends without an annual charge. After the first charge, the membership renews automatically each year unless you cancel before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period, so access continues through the time already included. Founding accounts keep access to the $99 annual price if they restart later. Membership fees are not partially refunded after a paid period begins, except where required by law or when a billing error occurred.

If a payment fails or a membership ends, private app and API access may lock. Your account data is not deleted. You can still use the account recovery page to update payment details, restart, cancel, view Stripe invoices, and download an account export.

6. Pacts and money — read this section carefully

A pact is a commitment to a daily practice. Pacts can be free, or an adult account holder can separately attach a per-day cash stake. A membership card, a free pact, or ordinary use of the Service does not authorize stake charges. Before a paid stake can begin, Stripe must save a payment method for off-session use and you must affirmatively accept a server-generated summary of the exact amount, schedule, daily cutoff, time zone, completion rule, effective date, recipient, and revenue split.

• You authorize the accepted automatic charges only. After the accepted effective date, you're instructing us to charge the saved pact payment method, without another checkout at the time of payment, for each scheduled day the Service confirms as missed under those immutable terms. Stripe processes the card; we store only Stripe references and limited display details such as brand and last four digits, never the full card number.
• Every new or changed paid term has a seven-day horizon. A new stake, stake increase, changed schedule, or other changed billing term cannot create a charge before the future effective date you accepted. Lowering or ending a stake also takes effect after the displayed seven-day wind-down. Archiving, leaving, or deleting a pact cannot bypass an active wind-down or erase a confirmed charge job.
• Approved time off excuses charges. Time off must be scheduled at least seven days ahead. Once a time-off window enters that horizon it is locked, so removing it cannot unexpectedly expose days the member believed were excused.
• You receive notice before money moves. We send a stake activation message, a go-live notice, at-risk reminders around 24 hours and two hours before the local deadline, and a miss confirmation. The miss confirmation identifies the date, amount, deadline, and exact scheduled charge time. No charge is attempted until the 24-hour review window ends.
• You can freeze a suspected error. During review, use charge history to report a billing, account, or evaluation error. That freezes the job while we investigate. A report made in good faith is not itself a breach. Missing a day you intended to complete is normally not a billing error, but unauthorized activity, duplicated charges, incorrect evaluation, and technical errors are reviewable and refundable.
• Where the money goes is fixed in the accepted terms. An individual stake goes to Highway 86 LLC. A paid group stake uses the displayed split between the Stripe-connected pact leader and Highway 86 LLC. A paid group cannot activate unless Stripe reports that the leader can receive charges and payouts. We do not silently reroute a failed leader payment to the platform.
• Payment problems pause new exposure. If a saved method requires attention, we notify you and pause new billable obligations. A missed day suppressed during that pause does not become surprise debt later. A charge job already confirmed for an earlier covered day keeps its own disclosed review and payment state.

Required billing messages are transactional, not marketing, and cannot be disabled while a money-backed stake or unresolved charge job exists. Product-update subscriptions remain separate and optional. If you lead a pact and receive a revenue share, you're responsible for your own taxes on those amounts and for completing any onboarding Stripe requires.

7. Your content

Your goals, journal entries, mantras, and to-dos are yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, process, back up, and display that content to operate the Service. We don't sell your content and we don't use it to train AI models. You can export your data at any time from the app.

You can create a guest checklist assignment by copying a task title and checklist items into a separate snapshot and giving someone its private share link. The link is a capability, not an identity check: anyone who has it can view that snapshot and check or uncheck its delegated items. Items already completed before sharing stay locked, and Miracle cannot guarantee which person used the link. You are responsible for choosing what to share, sending the link only to intended recipients, and revoking it if it may have escaped. Guest progress does not edit later changes to the source checklist, complete the source task, verify a pact day, authorize a charge, or publish Community activity. Only the signed-in owner can confirm completion of the source task.

8. Shared pacts are shared

Community participation begins with your account. Miracle creates an active community profile using your sign-in first name and last initial by default, assigns a unique handle, and uses a Google or WorkOS-hosted provider profile picture when one is available or a generated initials avatar otherwise. The provider picture can refresh when you sign in after it changes. Public pages for group pacts you own reuse your active Community display name, handle, and current avatar. The group commitment and description become the page's public headline and story. There are no separate pact marketing, identity, photo-upload, or arbitrary photo-URL fields. You can change the community name and handle, control the available profile choices, or turn automatic completion sharing off in Community settings.

A group pact's share page can show anonymous signals that recent activity is happening, such as a member checking in, sharing an update, or receiving replies and Cheers. The public preview never shows the member's name, avatar, handle, post text, reply text, source record, or payment information. A members-only or disabled pact community shows aggregate momentum but no activity rows. Joining and signing in are required to see the full pact Feed or interact with it.

Automatic completion sharing begins On with the global feed as its default audience. Completing a supported practice may immediately publish a short fixed completion such as "Completed one thing today." Finishing a 3·6·9 journal session may publish only the fixed session count, such as 3 morning entries, 6 midday entries, or 9 evening entries. Logging a recognized exercise may publish the amount just completed, exercise type or unit, running day total, and daily target, such as "Did 10 more push-ups. 20 of 100 done today." These journal and exercise cards are detached account activity under your named community profile, so they use your followers or global account audience rather than identifying any source habit or pact. If your account audience is pact-only, Miracle does not publish a detached journal or exercise card. Exercise progress that originated inside a private pact still does not reveal that pact's identity, title, membership, terms, or stake. Other activity posted inside a private pact remains visible only to that pact. Miracle does not use or publish underlying task text, journal writing, North Star language, notes, attachments, exact dollar amounts, payment records, or stake charges to make an automatic card. For a numeric goal eligible for followers or global automatic sharing, Miracle automatically sends only the NFKC-normalized goal title, capped at 240 characters, and unit, capped at 40 characters, to Anthropic when an eligible definition is new or changes so it can classify safe exercise and return neutral public labels. Progress sets reuse that saved decision and never invoke the classifier; a transient provider or delivery failure may retry the same definition. This can include a private habit or pact title, but the raw title never publishes. Local profanity, sexual-anatomy, obvious-personal-information, threat, self-harm, and hidden-formatting filters run before Anthropic. Miracle does not send the member's identity; pact id, type, visibility, description, or membership; target, progress, history, schedule, notes, rules, stake, payment data, or journal content. Miracle claims a new provider call only while at least one member of the goal is eligible for followers or global automatic sharing. Selecting Off or pact-only removes that member's eligibility and prevents a detached card for that member. A shared pact may still be classified for another eligible member, and an already in-flight provider request may finish. An uncertain or unsafe decision, provider failure, or missing provider key fails closed without blocking the goal or its progress. Deliberate Feed posts and replies are different from automatic activity. When you submit an Update, Need encouragement, A win, or a reply, Miracle applies reject-only validation. If accepted, your text is stored and published exactly as submitted. If rejected, it is not published. Miracle never rewrites, summarizes, generalizes, trims, or sends deliberate Feed posts or replies to AI. You remain responsible for the text you choose to publish. Pact owners and Miracle may limit, hide, or remove community activity under the Community Guidelines, and members can report and block other profiles.

Each committed exercise action may create its own Feed update showing the amount just completed and the new running day total, such as "Did 10 more push-ups. 20 of 100 done today." Individually completed circles can post separately, while one bulk action that finishes several circles creates one combined update. A progress-write retry reuses the same event rather than posting a duplicate. Undo removes the update for that increment, and later visible totals reconcile to the remaining progress. Sets reuse the saved exercise decision instead of invoking Anthropic.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service. That includes: breaking the law, infringing others' rights, attempting to access other users' data, probing or disrupting our infrastructure, scraping at abusive volume, creating pacts that are deceptive or designed to extract stakes unfairly, or using the Service to send spam through connected integrations. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

10. AI and API access

The Service exposes an API and MCP server so your own tools and AI assistants can act on your behalf. Anything they do with your credentials counts as you doing it. Keep your tokens secret; revoke them if leaked.

11. The Service is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep the Service available and your data safe, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. miracle.fyi is a commitment tool — we make no promises about outcomes, income, or results. Nothing in the Service is financial, legal, or medical advice.

12. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Highway 86 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid to Highway 86 LLC in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

If your use of the Service or breach of these Terms causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you'll defend and indemnify Highway 86 LLC from the resulting costs and damages.

14. Ending the relationship

You can cancel a membership from the Stripe portal linked on the account recovery page. Canceling membership billing does not alter a separately accepted pact stake. End a pact stake through its own seven-day wind-down. Canceling billing does not delete your account or its data. You can download an export from Settings. If product access is locked, the export remains available from the account recovery page. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting claycollins@gmail.com. Product content can be deleted, but consent evidence and payment, refund, and dispute records are retained as required for reconciliation and law. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive (confirmed payment and dispute records, your content license while we delete, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. For material changes we'll post a notice on our updates page or notify you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
