miracle.fyi

Terms of Service

The short version: miracle.fyi helps you commit to one money goal and show up for it daily. It's free to use. If you choose to put real money behind a pact, you're authorizing us to charge your card when you miss — that's the product working, not a billing error. Be 18+, own what you write, don't abuse the service, and know that showing up is on you.

1. Who we are

miracle.fyi is operated by Highway 86 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Highway 86," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Highway 86 LLC covering the miracle.fyi website, app, API, MCP server, and messaging integrations (together, the "Service").

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

3. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Pacts can involve real-money stakes, so the Service is not directed to minors and may not be used by them.

4. Your account

Sign-in is handled through our authentication provider. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. Tell us promptly at claycollins@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Pacts and money — read this section carefully

A pact is a commitment to a daily practice. Pacts can be free, or you can attach a per-day cash stake. When you join a staked pact:

  • You authorize automatic charges. You're instructing us to charge your saved payment method, without further confirmation at the time of charge, for each day you miss under the pact's rules. Charges are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Stake changes are asymmetric by design. Raising your stake takes effect immediately. Lowering it takes effect only after a cooling-off period — you can't dodge a miss by lowering your stake the same day. The current rules and effective dates are always shown in the pact before you confirm.
  • Approved time off excuses charges. Pacts support time-off windows under rules the pact sets; days inside an approved window are not charged.
  • Where the money goes. Stakes from missed days are split between the pact leader (as a disclosed revenue share, paid via Stripe Connect) and Highway 86 LLC (as a platform fee). Joining a pact shows you these terms before you commit.
  • All stake charges are final, except for billing errors or unauthorized charges. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us at claycollins@gmail.com and we'll investigate promptly. Missing a day you intended to complete is not a billing error.

If you lead a pact and receive a revenue share, you're responsible for your own taxes on those amounts and for completing any onboarding Stripe requires.

6. Your content

Your goals, journal entries, mantras, and to-dos are yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, process, back up, and display that content to operate the Service. We don't sell your content and we don't use it to train AI models. You can export your data at any time from the app.

7. Shared pacts are shared

By joining a group pact you understand that the pact's leader and members can see your participation in that pact — your check-ins, misses, streaks, and whether a stake was charged. That visibility is the accountability you're signing up for.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service. That includes: breaking the law, infringing others' rights, attempting to access other users' data, probing or disrupting our infrastructure, scraping at abusive volume, creating pacts that are deceptive or designed to extract stakes unfairly, or using the Service to send spam through connected integrations. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

9. AI and API access

The Service exposes an API and MCP server so your own tools and AI assistants can act on your behalf. Anything they do with your credentials counts as you doing it. Keep your tokens secret; revoke them if leaked.

10. The Service is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep the Service available and your data safe, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. miracle.fyi is a commitment tool — we make no promises about outcomes, income, or results. Nothing in the Service is financial, legal, or medical advice.

11. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Highway 86 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid to Highway 86 LLC in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

If your use of the Service or breach of these Terms causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you'll defend and indemnify Highway 86 LLC from the resulting costs and damages.

13. Ending the relationship

You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting claycollins@gmail.com — export your data first. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive (money owed, your content license while we delete, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. For material changes we'll post a notice on our updates page or notify you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, email claycollins@gmail.com — almost everything can be sorted out faster that way.
