A calmer Notes header

The phone Notes header now gives the writing context room to breathe while keeping both note sections immediately available.

• Daily and All are quiet 44-point text tabs with a clear blue underline for the current section.
• The filled segmented slab is gone, returning more width to the month at narrow phone sizes.
• The brand, month, section tabs, and search now form one stable row that stays in place while the iPhone keyboard is open.
• The month button now names the visible month in its accessible label.
