A homepage that sells the whole product

This release adds a third homepage version that sells the whole product, written for the people it is actually for: founders and CEOs, coaches and consultants, creators selling their own work. People with a number and no boss.

• All seven pillars now have a section, including Proof to Plan and the Vision board, which no homepage version has ever sold.
• The Vision board is shown as a picture board rather than described in text, because that is what it is.
• The 3·6·9 vocabulary and its search visibility are preserved, so the journal audience is not left behind.
• Pricing stays exactly as it was: 14 days free, then $8.25 per month billed annually at $99, at the locked founding rate.

The new version ships inactive. The live homepage is unchanged until it is switched on from Admin.
