The to-do panel lost some weight
Open a to-do and look at the bottom: where there used to be a big labeled date box and two button slabs, there's now a single quiet line. A small chip sets the due date — tap it and your device's regular date picker opens, because the chip secretly is the date field. Once set, it shows the date and turns gold on the day, red past it; the little × clears it. Today and Archive sit beside it as equally small chips.
Nothing was removed — it just stopped shouting. Your content is the loudest thing in the panel again, which is the whole idea.
