A real front door — terms, privacy, and a way to reach us

An app that holds your goals, your journal, and — if you stake a pact — your card on file should be able to answer two questions in writing: what are the rules, and what happens to my data. As of today it does.

• Terms of Service — the rules of the road, including exactly how staked pacts charge, where the money goes, and the refund policy, in plain English.
• Privacy Policy — short enough to actually read. The headline: one session cookie, no ad trackers, no analytics scripts, we never sell your data, and we never train AI models on what you write.
• Contact page — a form that goes straight to a human. Questions, billing, press, bugs: same door.

You'll find all three linked from the footer of every public page. Nothing about how the product works changed today — we just wrote it down where you can hold us to it.
