A tighter top-of-Home on phones

Two mobile-only tightenings to the top of Home, ruled on by our mobile and UX designers:

• The capture box is a clean single line on phones now — just type and hit return to drop a thought in your Inbox (star it for Today later). The destination buttons stay on desktop, where there's room.
• The morning-journal coach lost its full-width button slab and its extra line of helper text, and the three session chips dropped a redundant status line — so the whole journal block takes up less of the first screen, with nothing lost.
