Backspace keeps the bullet above

Removing indentation should never rewrite a line you already finished. Miracle now recognizes the continuation beneath a list row before the editor can accidentally lift and unformat the entire parent row.

  • Backspace on an empty indented line removes only that line and returns the caret to the end of the text above.
  • Backspace at the beginning of a continuation joins the text normally while preserving its parent bullet, number, or checkbox.
  • The phone software keyboard and a hardware keyboard now take the same protected path in Daily Notes and named notes.
  • Decrease indent moves only the continuation block instead of targeting the parent list row.
  • Ordered-list starting values and completed checkbox states stay intact.
  • Each action produces one complete autosave document, and one undo restores the exact prior structure.
