The MCP Inspector safety run now spaces its work beneath Miracle's normal account limit instead of sending every fresh Inspector process at once. The production limit stays exactly as protective as before.

Retries that mean what they say

The reviewer retries only an explicit rate-limited response, waits beyond the full protection window, and stops after one retry. Connection errors and ordinary tool failures still fail immediately, so a broken review can never disguise itself as a pass.
