Pacts joins the toolbar — the Dawn Bar is complete

Pacts now wears the same titled toolbar as the rest of the app — "Pacts" up top in its own color, the old panel slimmed so your commitments sit higher. That's the last piece: every tool now lives on the Dawn Bar — the tab bar along the bottom on your phone, a side rail on desktop — and names itself in its own accent.

Nothing about your pacts, the money on the line, or checking in changed — only where the title sits.
