Due dates now come first

The order now matches the decision

Open When from a task or Triage and the choices now read Due date, Later, then Remind. Deadlines are first, deferring is second, and alerts are third.

One order everywhere

The same sequence now drives the visible tabs, screen reader order, and Left, Right, Home, and End keyboard navigation. Existing tasks still open on the timing choice that reflects their current setup.
