Fix ChatGPT connection permissions

Fixed a second connection error that stopped ChatGPT with an unsupported-permission message. Miracle had included a browser-extension permission in the list it gave ChatGPT. The public connection list now contains only the read and write permissions that ChatGPT can request.

This fix does not add access to your account. Browser-extension access stays separate, and your existing connections and to-dos stay unchanged.

Start the Miracle connection again in ChatGPT. New checks use the published permission list and test permission approval, token exchange, and access renewal.
