Focus starts a work session. It is not a way to sort or filter the list. The In Progress header now makes that distinction visible before you tap.
- Focus has its own quiet blue button boundary while the nearby caret remains a separate section-collapse cue.
- An active countdown switches to a gold bounded state, making the running session recognizable at a glance.
- The control still keeps its compact 44-point target, fixed position, keyboard focus treatment, and stable Focus, Resume, and countdown labels.
- Assistive technology now knows that Focus opens the focus dialog.
