miracle.fyi turns the message into one clear to-do, adds useful checklist items and a due date when it finds them, and keeps the forwarded email text with the task in Notes for 90 days.
Write “Today:” or “In progress:” above the forwarded email to choose its list. Those exact labels now route reliably even if automatic extraction falls back. Without either label, the task goes to Inbox.
The routing note now appears once above the forwarded message in Notes, so the saved email is easier to read and copy.
