Focus Mode now treats an unanswered Right Now prompt as a place to write, not an item to time.
- If today's number one action is blank, Focus starts with the first real In Progress item.
- If no real item remains, the Focus action stays hidden instead of opening a timer for the prompt.
- A saved blank Right Now timer from an older version is discarded safely.
- An answered Right Now action still leads the Focus queue, and a genuinely running task timer remains active.
- Replace Right Now now applies the selected Proof to Plan tactic immediately instead of advancing without changing the action.
The result is a Focus queue made only of work that is ready to do.
