Keep release packaging focused

This follow-up corrects the release package, not the product behavior. A local prototype note appeared during the previous release and entered its immutable source backup even though it is not an application asset and was never publicly served.

• The unrelated prototype remains safely available in its local workspace.
• Production source snapshots and private backups now stay limited to release-owned files.
• The caret still formats one note row, an explicit selection still formats precisely that range, and the blue active-date line remains aligned to its heading.
