Let a few trusted people forward into your Inbox

Forwarding an email into your Inbox used to work only from your own account's address. Now you can extend that to a few people you choose.

In Settings → Email, add up to five extra senders — a spouse, an assistant, a second address of your own. Anything they forward to your private inbox address becomes a to-do, exactly like your own forwards do. Remove anyone in a single tap, and it stops on their very next email.

Every forward still passes the same security checks it always has, so only mail that genuinely comes from an address you approved ever gets through.

You'll also spot Email listed under Integrations in your account menu now, right alongside Telegram and Slack.
