Moving Marketing Lab into its own application should remove its footprint from Miracle completely. This release ties off three small but important pieces that remained after the separation.
- The three remaining owner Admin pages now fill exactly three navigation tracks, without an empty fourth Marketing slot or its wider desktop rail.
- Miracle again enforces the tighter pre-Marketing memory ceilings for ready-to-serve route styles and total compressed buffers.
- The public signed campaign handoff now has its own admission limit before ticket parsing and Ed25519 verification, bounding invalid-link CPU work and warning logs without constraining ordinary social traffic.
- Permanent tests now keep Admin page count, switcher geometry, performance ceilings, and campaign-link admission aligned with the independent-app boundary.
