Memory stays bounded

Measured in a real browser

A new release test opens, previews, and closes the image picker 120 times in Chromium. It fails the release if memory, document listeners, timers, selected files, previews, or detached picker elements keep accumulating.

Every capture path is guarded

To-do screenshots and camera scans now check decoded dimensions before previewing an image, stop stalled work, and release their temporary bytes as soon as the next stage begins. Oversized and animated images are rejected before they can become an enormous browser allocation.

The complete pipeline has ceilings

Miracle limits simultaneous upload and decoding work, caps provider downloads while they stream, stores bounded still images without private camera metadata, and keeps text-heavy screenshots lossless for clear reading.

Idle now means idle

Search memory and older social-feed pages are released after use. Active status dots keep their glow without continuously repainting while the app is sitting still.
