More room for tasks and swipe to delete notes

To-do rows now borrow the phone-edge gutters for their existing thumb controls, giving each title more room without shrinking any tap target. The denser row geometry works in both day and night themes.

In General Notes, swipe left on a named note to reveal Delete, then confirm before it is removed. Vertical scrolling stays available and an accidental swipe cannot delete a note.
