- Month says Make the target this month.
- Week says Make the target this week.
- Day says Make the target today.
- The same language appears in previews, onboarding, saved goals, synced devices, and the Goal API.
- Existing targets update automatically without changing their calculated amounts, actions, or completion state.
The result reads as a current commitment instead of an abstract recurring rate.
