Fixes so the AI rewrite reads cleanly:
- "Rewrite with AI" and "Longer / shorter" now start from the polished wording instead of the raw list.
- The writer is now instructed to render every list with parallel grammar and the Oxford comma — never a run-on like "ease and peace and free."
- And the instant fallback no longer chains a third "and" when an option already contains one.
