The homepage has one clean address again

Two different "homes" were colliding in the address bar: the marketing homepage lives at the /home address, while the app's Home tab is an internal #/home route — and on the marketing page both were getting stamped into one redundant address, /home#/home.

Now there's one rule, everywhere: the marketing homepage is always just /home, and the app lives at its own clean address. Arriving by link, by the site menu, or by "View homepage" from your account all produce the same tidy URL.
