Ordinary notes no longer split writing between a title field and a body field. The first line is now the large title inside the same editor, and Enter moves directly into the body.

- Title and body autosave together as one edit while remaining compatible with Miracle's existing search, history, private links, images, and to-do references.
- The internal title line never leaks into stored note documents or public API responses.
- Body headings, lists, tasks, images, links, and keyboard shortcuts keep their existing behavior.
- The lossless fallback also remains one title-first writing surface if the rich editor cannot load.
- Blank Daily Notes no longer repeat “Not created yet” down the right edge. Meaningful states such as automatic saving, local recovery, and save warnings remain visible.
