Paste a screenshot on your phone too

Turns out pasting a screenshot is great on a phone, not just a computer: take a screenshot, tap "Copy" (or "Copy and Delete"), then paste it straight into the capture bar — no saving to Photos and digging it back out.

• The bar now says "paste a screenshot" on every device, and we tightened the paste handling so a pasted screenshot is caught reliably on iOS.
• Prefer to pick from your photo library? The paperclip is still right there.
