Finish the morning 3, midday 6, or evening 9 and Feed shares that session milestone under your community name. The card includes only the fixed session and count, never your North Star or anything you wrote.

Every exercise set moves the day forward

Recognized numeric exercise goals such as push-ups, pull-ups, squats, sit-ups, burpees, lunges, and jumping jacks now share the completed amount and daily target. Progress recorded through either a habit or pact can motivate the wider community without exposing the private goal title or source pact.

One honest card, no feed flood

Each exercise goal keeps one card for the day and updates it as the total rises. Retry-safe logging cannot duplicate it, Undo reconciles it, and finishing several scheduled circles at once still produces one update instead of a stack of identical posts.

Your audience still decides

Automatic activity follows your Global, Followers, Pact members, or Off choice. Journal and exercise cards are not created for Pact members-only accounts, and every automatic card expires after 180 days.
