Pushups log on the first tap

The first tap now owns the complete action: it dismisses the keyboard, records the amount, updates today’s total, and keeps Undo available.

• WebKit’s follow-up compatibility click cannot create a duplicate log.
• Dragging away from the button or canceling the touch records nothing.
• The saved total paints immediately, without requiring a second press after the keyboard closes.
