Spin a sub-item out into its own to-do

Sometimes a checklist sub-item deserves to be its own to-do. Now you can spin it out — tap the spin-out icon on any checklist row and it becomes a standalone top-level to-do, removed from the checklist.

• It stays in the same section as its parent: spin one out of an Inbox to-do and it lands in Inbox; out of a Today or In Progress to-do and it lands there.
• Works the same on phone and desktop.
