Task names get their own row

More room for the task itself

The task name now owns the complete first row of the editor. Long names wrap naturally instead of competing with action buttons or slipping underneath them.

Actions stay together

Assign, Focus, Save as template, and Close now sit in one ordered action row immediately below the title. Every control keeps a 44-point target and stays in the same position as the task changes state.

Checked on phone and desktop

The active Dawn release gate now measures new, active, and archived task editors at phone and desktop widths. It rejects undersized controls, title collisions, overlapping actions, positional tricks, and state-to-state movement before release.

Archived sections stay aligned

The archived Pact list now keeps the same edges as its section on phones, and its count and disclosure control stay anchored when the section opens or closes.
