The field no longer disappears

Task notes and screenshot transcriptions keep their violet outline at rest, so the editable area stays clear even when another control has focus.

Focus stays distinct without movement

Clicking into the notes brightens the same one-pixel boundary and adds a subtle halo. Plain notes, email captures, image captures, and archived notes now share the same frame.
