Triage now rebuilds the unreviewed part of a saved pass from the current task list. A Today task added after the pass began, synced from another device, newly due, or returned from Later or Waiting is included automatically.
Every remaining task is reviewed once in In Progress, Today, Priority, then Inbox order. Decisions already made are preserved and never replayed merely because the list changed.
If work arrives while Triage is open, the task currently on screen stays put. After that decision, the new work enters the correct lane in the same pass.
