Vision is its own tab now

The earlier version scattered the vision pieces across the 3·6·9 Journal and every goal-grid level — confusing and intrusive. That's gone. Vision is now its own place:

• A real board: each vision is a picture bound to a wish, an honest obstacle, and an if-then plan. Add as many as you like; tap one to edit.
• A "today's vision" at the top rotates through your board so each one gets its turn — prime the plan in the morning, check whether it fired in the evening, all on this one tab.
• The journal is just the journal again, and the goal grid is just your goals. Nothing about vision lives inside them anymore.

If you'd added a picture or plan to a goal before, it was carried over into a vision automatically — nothing lost.
