Your earlier thinking can now help with today instead of disappearing into history.

• Open Past entries in Proof → Plan to edit an earlier thought, remove it, or add it to today’s actionable candidates without silently replacing today’s #1 priority.
• General Notes no longer ask for a separate name. The first line is the note name, and a new note opens with the caret ready on that line.
• The mobile Notes formatting bar now matches the iPhone app’s compact 44-point keyboard strip. Deeply nested checklists also close cleanly without painting a large, uneditable blank area.
• The Journal action is now simply Recite Mantra, and eligible historical catch-up repetitions save through the same trusted path as today’s entries.
• The iPhone update adds the missing AI connection-key controls and hardens Notes saving so a healthy connection no longer produces a false retry warning.

These changes preserve saved note structure, archived Proof → Plan history, the current Right Now action, and completed Journal evidence.

A new day should give you a fresh place to think without hiding what you already learned.

• Past entries keeps earlier Proof to Plan thoughts grouped by their original account date, newest first.
• The list stays collapsed beneath today's proof, with visible entry and day counts in one compact line.
• Each thought keeps the Actionable state you gave it, and Load earlier entries reaches older pages without delaying today's writing.
• Delete entry removes one named line only after confirmation. Your current Right Now and completion history do not change.
• Earlier entries already saved to the account appear automatically; no copying or migration is required.

This first design is available on web and the installed PWA. The native iPhone app stays unchanged while the phone experience is reviewed.

More room for phone notes

The Notes formatting rail now sits flush against the phone keyboard instead of leaving an empty band beneath it. Every formatting action keeps its complete 44-point target while the reclaimed space stays with the writing canvas.

Checking the first item in a long note should not send you looking for it again.

• The checked row stays on screen instead of jumping to the bottom of the document.
• The writing cursor anchors to the item you touched, so the formatting controls describe that row.
• The checkbox still saves as one normal document edit and preserves every other line.
• The same editor behavior applies on web, the installed PWA, and the matching iPhone update.

No note content or completion state is changed by this update.

Notes now treat a multi-line selection as one group on web, the installed PWA, and the iPhone app.

• Indent and outdent move every selected compatible row together, including a first checklist group beneath plain text.
• Top-level checklist squares align with the plain-text edge, while task wording remains aligned with bullet and numbered-list wording.
• Repeated moves preserve row order, marks, checkbox state, and one-step Undo.
• Desktop voice practice now retires a stuck local-highlighting download on an independent deadline, without interrupting recording or saving.
• The matching iPhone update centers session dots clear of each calendar cell border and gives Today its own indicator position.

Existing note content remains unchanged until you use a formatting control.

Formatting a group of note lines now applies to the complete selection on web, the installed PWA, and the iPhone app.

• Select parent rows, nested rows, or a mixture of bullets, numbers, and checkboxes, then choose the list format once.
• Every selected line keeps its existing indentation, wording, and inline emphasis.
• Already-completed checkboxes remain completed when the selection stays a checklist.
• The entire conversion is one save and one Undo action.

Rows outside the selection and the hierarchy around them remain unchanged.

Checklists in Daily and General Notes now follow the same writing geometry on web, the installed PWA, and the iPhone app.

• Checkboxes are compact squares inside complete 44-point tap targets.
• Checkboxes, bullets, numbers, and their first line of text share one aligned writing column.
• Completed rows turn quietly gray without crossing out the words.
• Indenting or outdenting one row preserves the order, depth, and completion state of the rows immediately around it.

Existing note content and checklist completion remain unchanged.

The web and installed PWA now match the iPhone Journal’s direct session practice.

• Tap Recite on Morning, Noon, or Evening to open the shared voice room at that session’s next empty repetition.
• Past-day sessions keep the same action for Catch up.
• When a session is full, Recite changes to a stable, disabled Done state without moving the surrounding controls.

The existing whole-day mantra action remains available, and every spoken repetition still uses the same validation and save path.

The two Journal actions beside each other now share one compact height. Catch up remains easy to tap, the mantra action keeps its complete progress, and the row uses no additional vertical space.

This visual fix does not change saved writing, repetition totals, or which unfinished day Catch up opens.

Small interaction failures should not interrupt a day of work. This release fixes confirmed problems found in a broad phone and PWA review.

• Empty Feed replies and invalid annual or lifespan values are stopped beside the field before a request is sent.
• Time-zone changes now wait for confirmation, task timing closes from its backdrop, and Vision sheets close when you leave Vision.
• Long North Stars, Pact titles, Smart Capture steps, and confirmation copy remain readable without silent truncation, while mobile headers adapt cleanly to narrow screens.
• Untouched blank notes clean themselves up, camera capture names scans correctly, and Discover titles and details open the pact they describe.
• Projects keeps the To-Do navigation state, What’s New stays inside the installed app, and rejected 3·6·9 writing shows its correction beside the writer.

The first phone screen should belong to your work, not oversized chrome or crowded controls.

• Goal Grid replaces Feed in the primary phone navigation. Feed remains available through More, and the next native iPhone build follows the same order.
• Long North Stars now step down to the largest readable size that fits the permanent header. Exceptionally long imported wording stays inside a bounded scroll area.
• Admin page switches keep their complete labels beside the switch instead of collapsing into a one-character column.
• Customer rows keep separate, stable targets for account details, Edit, and Beta access without overlap on narrow iPhones.

Desktop navigation keeps every destination and its administrator-defined order.
