Community Guidelines

The short version: Pact Community exists to make daily action feel shared. Adult accounts participate by default under the Terms, and automatic activity can appear in the global feed under the member's named community profile. This can include a fixed journal-session count or a structured exercise update with the amount, exercise type or unit, and daily target. Private task and journal text are never used for those automatic cards, and you can turn automatic sharing off in Community settings. Encourage progress, protect privacy, treat every person with dignity, report harmful activity, and block anyone you do not want to interact with.

1. Who may participate

You must be at least 18 years old and have an active Miracle account. Miracle creates an active community profile when the account begins. The default public name is your sign-in first name and last initial, the handle is unique, and an available Google or WorkOS-hosted provider profile picture may appear as the avatar and refresh after sign-in. Public pages for group pacts you own reuse your active Community display name, handle, and avatar. The group commitment and description appear publicly as the page's headline and story. You may change the community name and handle. Do not impersonate another person, organization, pact owner, or Miracle employee. One person may not use multiple accounts to manipulate reactions, follows, reports, or pact activity.

When a pact owner enables a public community, the share page can show anonymous activity signals and totals so visitors can see that the group is active. It does not show member identities, post text, reply text, or private source data. The full Feed and every interaction remain available only after joining and signing in.

2. Keep private work private

Do not publish someone else's name, contact details, home or work address, account number, health information, legal information, private messages, exact financial amount, or any other identifying or confidential information without permission. Do not publish your own sensitive information if disclosure could put you at risk. Miracle does not automatically publish task text, journal writing, North Star language, habit or pact titles, notes, or attachments.

Miracle can automatically publish a fixed generic completion, a fixed 3·6·9 journal-session count of 3 morning entries, 6 midday entries, or 9 evening entries, or a structured exercise update containing the amount just completed, exercise type or unit, running day total, and daily target. Journal and exercise cards are detached account activity under the member's named community profile. They use the member's followers or global account audience, never identify a source habit or pact, and are not published when the account audience is pact-only. Exercise progress that originated inside a private pact still does not reveal the pact's identity, title, membership, or terms. Other activity posted inside a private pact remains visible only to that pact. For an eligible numeric goal, Miracle can send only its normalized title and unit to Anthropic when the definition is new or changes to identify safe exercise and return neutral labels. Progress sets reuse that saved decision; a transient provider or delivery failure may retry the definition. This can include a private habit or pact title, but the raw title never publishes. Local filters reject profanity, sexual anatomy, obvious personal information such as contact details, threats, self-harm, and hidden formatting before a provider call. Off or pact-only sharing removes that member's eligibility for new classifier claims and prevents a detached card for that member. A shared pact may still be classified for another eligible member, and an already in-flight provider request may finish. An unsafe, uncertain, unavailable, or failed classifier never blocks the goal or its progress. Manual Feed text follows a separate rule. Update, Need encouragement, A win, and reply text receive reject-only validation. Accepted text is stored and published exactly as submitted. Rejected text is not published. Miracle does not rewrite, summarize, generalize, trim, or send deliberate Feed posts or replies to AI. You remain responsible for what you choose to publish.

Each committed exercise action can appear as a separate Feed update with the amount just completed and the running day total. Individually completed circles can post separately, while one bulk action that finishes several circles creates one combined update. Retry-safe progress writes do not duplicate an update, Undo removes the update tied to that increment, and later totals reconcile. Sets reuse the saved classification instead of sending another request.

3. What belongs here

• Honest progress updates, journal-session milestones, exercise progress, and generic completion activity.
• Questions, encouragement, and practical support related to a pact.
• Respectful discussion of setbacks without shaming yourself or another member.
• Constructive feedback that addresses an idea or action, not a person's worth.

4. What is prohibited

• Sexual content, sexual solicitation, nudity, or any sexual content involving a minor.
• Threats, glorification of violence, targeted harassment, stalking, bullying, or encouragement of self-harm.
• Hate speech or dehumanizing attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or another protected characteristic.
• Publication of personal or confidential information, including attempts to identify a member who chose a pseudonym.
• Spam, scams, deceptive fundraising, unsolicited promotion, malware, or attempts to move an interaction into an unsafe financial transaction.
• False completion activity, coordinated manipulation, automated engagement, or abuse of reports and blocks.
• Instructions to commit a crime, evade law enforcement, or bypass Miracle's security, billing, moderation, or privacy controls.

5. Reactions, replies, and pact-owner controls

Miracle uses one positive Cheer reaction and flat replies. There are no private messages, reposts, dislikes, or nested reply chains in Pact Community. A pact owner can pause member posts or replies, require review, limit a post, or remove activity inside that pact. Pact-owner action does not replace platform review, and an owner cannot override a block or reveal a member's private product data.

6. Report and block

Use Report on a profile, post, or reply that may violate these rules. Choose the closest category and include only the detail needed for review. Reporting immediately hides the reported item from your own view where the product supports that control. Use Block to stop seeing and interacting with a member; blocking also removes follow relationships between the two accounts. In an urgent threat to life or safety, contact local emergency services rather than relying on an in-app report.

7. How moderation works

Miracle uses reject-only validation, rate limits, member reports, pact-owner review, and platform review. Automated validation can reject a manual post or reply but cannot rewrite accepted text. Filters reduce obvious abuse but cannot understand every context. We may limit distribution, remove content, disable community features, suspend a community profile, or terminate an account. The response depends on severity, context, history, risk, and legal obligations. Child-safety threats and credible imminent threats receive the highest priority and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

8. Records, deletion, and appeals

You can turn automatic completion sharing off, delete your own posts and replies, remove follows and blocks, or delete your authored Pact Community activity from Community settings. The activity action removes posts, replies, Cheers, and any unexpired legacy generalized-result receipts while preserving your profile, follows, and blocks. Automatic generic completion posts expire after 180 days. Miracle no longer creates generalized-result receipts; any legacy receipt expires after 15 minutes. Community rate-limit buckets expire after seven days, and notifications after 90 days. Reports and moderation records may be retained longer when reasonably needed for safety, appeals, abuse prevention, legal obligations, and defense of claims.

If you believe Miracle made a moderation mistake, contact claycollins@gmail.com with the community handle and enough information to identify the decision. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, private task text, or unrelated personal information.

9. Relationship to other terms

These Guidelines supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If they conflict, the Terms of Service control. Highway 86 LLC may update these rules as Pact Community changes. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.
