Captures can now route themselves:
- Add a short note at the top of a forwarded email or a message to your capture bot — "in progress", "today", or "inbox" — and the task goes straight to that list. No note means it lands in your Inbox, as before.
- This works from email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, iMessage, and voice memos.
- For safety, that routing choice is the ONLY instruction the AI will ever take from a message — and a pasted screenshot can never instruct it at all (screenshots always go to the Inbox).
