Fix ChatGPT task capture

Fixed a validation rule that could stop ChatGPT from creating or updating to-dos with full titles and checklists. Notes and source links stay with the task as before.

The correction also covers project and habit names and search phrases. Blank required text, length limits, and account access checks remain in place. New tests cover full phrases, accented characters, and line breaks.

Updated server packages to address known security issues.
