Open customer accounts without false save warnings

Opening a customer account no longer gets stuck on an old device recovery copy. Those copies stay intact, and current unsaved changes must still finish saving before an account switch.

If the current account fails to load, the message now explains the loading problem and Retry makes a fresh request. Added tests for saved recovery copies, pending edits, rejected saves, account access, and switching between browser tabs.
