Save annual money goals on the first click

When you open Set annual goal on the Goal Grid, the amount field now starts with your most recent annual target or the $3,000,000 starter amount as a real value, shows the Month, Week, and Day targets right away, and places the cursor in the amount field.

• Save annual goal is active immediately and saves on the first click.
• If you clear the amount, Save annual goal visibly dims until you enter an amount greater than zero.
