The "Miracle update ready" banner should mean there is something new to load.
- Releases that change only the server no longer show the update banner or download the app again. Before this change, half of recent releases showed the banner even though nothing in the app had changed.
- When the app itself changes, the banner works exactly as before.
- Release checks now confirm each deployment directly, so a release with no app change is still fully verified.
